Accommodation
A block reservation of rooms at the Vineyard Hotel (Conference venue) has been made and these rooms will be released on 1 July 2009. After this date availablity will be on a first-come, first serve basis. An Accommodation Reservation Form is available on this web-site and it is essential to use this form when booking one of the reserved rooms. This form will be submitted via Simpsons Tours and Travel (Conference Travel Agent) to the Vineyard Hotel..
There are numerous Guest Houses and Bed & Breakfast establishments close to the hotel. Accommodation at these must be booked direct by delegates. Most Guest House owners/hosts will assist with Airport transfers and it is best to make arrangements personally with them. Should you have a problem getting to the Vinyard Hotel (rain etc), please ask your host if there will be transport available. After the dinner the Conference organisers will make sure that you are taken back to your accommodation.
