Oral Presentations

Time: Total time allocation for each oral presentation is 15 minutes. It is recommended that presentations be kept to 12 minutes with the remaining 3 minutes kept for questions. Presentations running over-time will be stopped to keep the conference on schedule.

Submission: Please bring a full copy of your presentation on a USB key to the conference.

Please report to the technical desk in the break before your session to upload your presentation.

Format: Presentations should be Microsoft Office 2007 or Microsoft PowerPoint 97-2003 compatible. To ensure proper formatting, please check on another computer that your presentation displays correctly.

Please introduce yourself to your session chair 10 minutes before the start of your session.
